The dark glade is a large clearing ringed with ferns in a dark forest that sits at the bottom of the mountains where they live. The glade is dappled with sunlight, while the rest of the forest is dark and gloomy. The Dark Glade is often used as a training area for apprentices.

She was patrolling the Darkclan borders, just a little ways from the Dark Glade. Secretstar had always loved to be alone, out in the wild, breathing the crispy air, where no clumsy clanmates decided to forget their duties...

Meanwhile, Ivy was walking around when she smelled the scent of a cat. Forest cats, she thought. What do they call themselves? Clans. Yeah, that's right, Clans. She decided to see if there was a cat she could "talk" to.

Without another question, Secretstar jumped at Iv tc, her claws unsheathed. The leader didn’t really want to use her puppeteering, she wanted to see how this cat reacted. |

With a fast jump, Secretstar leapt upon Ivy, hoping to slash at the outsider's face. The leader ignored the fresh wounds dripping blood from her belly. |

Ivy smiled. She hadn't actually been sure if she would strike, but seeing the blood, she knew that she was winning. But, that all ended when the Clan cat slashed her face. She could feel blood dripping just above her eye. Ivy had been lucky not to have been half-blinded.
